**When you book your date, please keep in mind that it will NOT be confirmed until you've had a short introductory phone call with your trainer to discuss your training needs in detail.
We know emergencies happen, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, please try reaching out to your trainer 24 hours in advance if possible. Thank you!
